BRIGHOUSE – UK textile chemicals supplier Avocet has said that another of its halogen free flame retardants has been certified to Class IV Oekotex standard, which covers interior and other household textiles. The company, which now has four of its flame retardant formulations on this list, claims its latest addition offers minimal shade change and improved handle compared to similar products on the market and can be applied to both man-made cellulosics and natural fibres.
