SAN FRANCISCO – US clothing retailer Everlane, which is known for its efforts to build a transparent business, has today become a bluesign system partner, saying the move builds upon its “transparent values and puts sustainability front and centre of its responsible business.”

The move to improve the environmental impact of its chemical management follows on from an announcement in October of last year, that Everlane would commit to the elimination of all virgin plastic from its supply chain by 2021.
