MILAN - Prada says it has become the first fashion house to sign up for a loan under which repayments are linked to 'sustainability'.

The Italian company claims its US$50 million loan with the Crédit Agricole Group over five years is the first of its kind.

The interest rates can be adjusted annually according to how successful Prada is in meeting its sustainability-linked targets.
