DHAKA - The owner of the Rana Plaza building, which collapsed in 2013 killing 1,134 garment workers, has died after contracting coronavirus.
Abdul Khaleque, who was 70, was facing at least 14 charges in connection with the deadliest ever garment factory disaster.
