SAN FRANCISCO – Workers’ rights NGO Remake - which spent much of this year calling on fashion brands to #PayUp their suppliers for cancelled orders - has launched a new campaign to help vulnerable garment workers.

Called #ShareYourProfits, it urges companies including Adidas, Gap, H&M, Zara, Levi, Nike and Primark to donate one per cent of their revenue, plus 10 US cents for each garment sourced, to help vulnerable garment workers.

Remake points out that many brands and retailers have made huge profits during 2020, despite the pandemic, and is urging them to share some of the proceeds with the workers who make their clothes.
