LONDON – British fashion and interiors brand House of Hackney has become a certified B Corporation, an accolade which recognises the firm’s ongoing efforts to demonstrate best practices on the social and environmental front.
B Corporations, of which there are only 3,500 in total spanning 150 industries across 70 countries, are subjected to rigorous assessments which measure a company’s work across five impact areas: governance, workers, customers, community and environment.
