LEEDS - Understanding the full long-term impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the fashion and textiles industry could take years, according to experts speaking on a podcast at the University of Leeds.

Entitled 'How COVID-19 has increased the complexity of the fashion industry and its supply chains', it was the latest in a series of research and innovation podcasts held by Leeds University Business School.

The podcast was hosted by Dr Matthew Davis, an associate professor at the business school, with speakers Dr Mark Sumner, a lecturer in sustainability and fashion at the university's School of Design, and Fergus Dowling, a research assistant working on a project looking at the impact of COVID-19 on modern slavery.
