MIGDAL HAEMEK – Israeli nylon producer Nilit has launched a new nylon bio-polymer, called Sensil BioCare, which it claims will 'break down faster' in both seawater and landfill.

It is the latest addition to the company's Sensil portfolio of nylon yarns and is said to feature a 'built-in technology' that has been successfully tested in an independent lab to show the polymers break down 'substantially more rapidly' than conventional nylon 66 polymers.
