AMSTERDAM – Responsible business initiatives Fair Wear Foundation, the Dutch Agreement on Sustainable Garments and Textile (AGT) and the German Partnership for Sustainable Textiles (PST) have come together to share resources and improve access to remedy for workers in garment factories.

As affiliates of either AGT or PST, brands including G-Star, Espir, s.Oliver and Hema will be entitled to leverage Fair Wear’s employee complaints system.

Fair Wear associate director, Margreet Vrieling, said: “Joining forces is an important step towards providing more workers with better access to remedy and facilitate cooperation among brands.”
