BRANDE – Danish fashion retailer Bestseller has confirmed that it will invest in three burgeoning innovators: Circular Systems, Nature Coatings and Evrnu.
It comes a month after the firm backed Infinited Fiber Company’s latest funding round, through which it raised €30 million (US$35.6m) in total to help scale its fibre technology.
“It’s extremely important that major brands are willing to invest in companies like these – otherwise their promising innovations will not reach commercial scale,” said Bestseller’s sustainable materials and innovation manager, Camilla Skjønning Jørgensen.
