LENZING – Austrian fibre producer Lenzing has launched a new carbon neutral fibre for protective workwear which was developed in collaboration with Spanish textile mill partner Textil Santanderina.
Called Lenzing FR, the new fibre - which claims to offfer full traceability and transparency - was showcased by the company at the Techtextil 2022 trade fair in the German city of Frankfurt.
Lenzing has also extended the use of its carbon neutral Tencel-branded lyocell fibre to the workwear sector through another longstanding partnership, with European workwear giant Klopman.
