NEW SOUTH WALES – The Australian Wool Exchange (AWEX) has opened a draft of its 2023 National Wool Declaration (NWD) to industry feedback as it looks to ensure the framework best serves native stakeholders.
With the NWD, AWEX aims to establish a common understanding of different practices including breech modification techniques.
Feedback for the latest version will be accepted until March 13th, at which point an independent consultative committee will review the declaration and whether there’s room for improvement.
