STOCKHOLM – A Swedish blockchain company has bought online fashion brand BLK DNM known for its denim, leather, and tailored clothing as it looks to ‘inspire more responsible behaviours’ in the fashion industry.
The IT firm ChromaWay, which created the first protocol for issuing tokens on the Bitcoin network, says the integration of its technology within BLK DNM supply chains will be the “first significant use of blockchain tech in an industry yet to be meaningfully impacted by Web3 technologies.”
The financial details of the purchase were not revealed.
