LONDON - US retailers Amazon and Kohl's, Inc. have so far failed to set the science-based emissions reduction targets they previously committed to in line with their pledges to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

The two retail giants are amongst 120 global companies listed by the SBTi as having missed the deadline to set targets, effectively paving the way for the organisation to name and shame companies that do not perform in line with their commitments.
