AMSTERDAM - Negotiations between brands and trade unions have led to the signing of a new framework agreement under the International Accord for Health and Safety in the Textile and Garment Industry.

It comes after global brands and trade unions earlier this month agreed to extend the International Accord, which had been due to expire this year, for up to another six years.
