URFA - Denim giant Levi's has been accused by campaigners of breaking a promise to garment workers involved in a dispute over union recognition at one of its suppliers in Turkey.

Workers at the Ozak/Kubrateks factory in the south-eastern city of Urfa claim they faced harassment, attacks, arrests and dismissal for exercising their right to choose their own union.
