UN Environment Programme (UNEP) invites submissions on practices to help the fashion and textiles industry achieve zero waste
NAIROBI – Ahead of the upcoming International Day of Zero Waste on 30th March, UNEP and UN-Habitat have opened a call for submissions for good practices focusing on zero waste initiatives in the global textiles and fashion sectors.
The aim is to share good zero waste practices in fashion and textiles in a bid to help engage society in global efforts to reduce waste, while amplifying broader advocacy, awareness and action as per this UNEP resolution.
