The CMAI’s new directory has been designed to promote responsible sourcing practices throughout India’s apparel supply chain
The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) has launched the next stage of its Sustainable Resolution (SU.RE) initiative which, including a new sourcing directory and website, will work to advance the Indian apparel industry's transition to more sustainable practices.
Developed in collaboration with the Centre for Environment Education (CEE) and the Global Alliance for Textile Sustainability (GATS), the ‘Sustainable Supply Chain Directory’ has been designed as a ‘one-stop’ platform to facilitate knowledge-sharing, innovation, and accessibility in sustainable sourcing between suppliers and brands.
