ZDHC links up with water stewardship initiative

Industry body announces partnership with Corporate Water Leaders (CWL) to advance water stewardship in garment and textile facilities

AMSTERDAM - The ZDHC Foundation has entered into a strategic partnership with the Corporate Water Leaders (CWL) network is part of its ambitions to develop global benchmark guidelines for water use in garment and textile manufacturing facilities.

Ecotextile News revealed last year that the organisation was working on the project and it recently said it was working with an ‘experts group’ on guidelines based on Zara owner Inditex’s Care For Water (CFW) benchmarks.
