Fashion for Good teams up with brands and innovators in bid to replace fossil fuel-based materials with bio-based alternatives

AMSTERDAM – Fashion for Good has launched a new project, in partnership with Adidas, Target, and Zalando, to replace fossil fuel-based materials with bio-based alternatives in footwear soles.

The 12 month 'The Next Stride' initiative, which also involves material innovators Algenesis Labs, Balena, Evoco, Kuori and Yulex, aims to test and validate bio-based polymers as high-performance alternatives.
