Industry body says partnership agreements will be key to its new Materials Matter Standard which will replace its separate fibre certificates

LISBON - Textile Exchange has revealed more about its ambitions to align the global textile industry around a more sustainable approach to raw material production through its new combined Materials Matter Standard.

The Materials Matter Standard is a voluntary standard for the production and initial processing of raw materials which will replace most of the industry body's separate material-specific certificates.
