ILO links up with unions to launch AI-driven apps to help Indonesian garment workers raise workplace issues

JAKARTA - The International Labour Organization (ILO), in partnership with trade unions, has launched a suite of AI-driven workplace grievance apps for workers in Indonesia’s garment, footwear and palm oil sectors.

The digital platforms, aimed at improving workplace conditions and empowering workers, are part of the ILO’s mission to promote decent work and foster harmonious industrial relations.
