Cascale’s new trade report and Greek government remarks put traceability, supplier finance and shared risk at the centre of more resilient sourcing
ATHENS – Cascale has warned that growing trade fragmentation is forcing consumer-goods companies to rethink sourcing strategies, with supply-chain visibility, common data and supplier finance becoming increasingly important to resilience.
Meanwhile, Greece’s deputy foreign minister Harry Theoharis used the event to present the country as a production, logistics and investment link between Europe, south-east Europe and the eastern Mediterranean.
