Apparel Impact Institute’s new impact report claims some progress on CO2 emissions – but admits it’s not enough

SAN FRANCISCO - Progress on reducing the fashion industry's climate impacts is insufficient to meet the goal of reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 50% by 2030, according to a new report.

The Apparel Impact Institute's (Aii) Annual Impact Report 2024 - published today - details the organisation’s progress in driving decarbonisation across the global apparel and footwear supply chain.
