ONLINE – Representatives of governments, businesses, workers’ organisations and the international community will convene for a forum on business and human rights, organised by the United Nations.
From 9-12 June, a series of discussions will take place hosted by organisations including the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights (UNWG), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).
Topics on the agenda surround the coronavirus pandemic and how stakeholders can look to address challenges facing them.
