GALICIA - Spanish fashion giant Inditex has linked up with biotech startup LanzaTech to create a collection of clothing made from recycled carbon emissions.

The collaboration has led to the design of a capsule collection of party dresses made from captured emissions from steel mills for the group’s largest brand Zara.

LanzaTech CEO Jennifer Holmgren commented: “In working with Zara, we have found a pathway to using carbon emissions to make fabric.
