Cambodia to protect workers from Omicron

PHNOM PENH – The Cambodian government has drafted new principles on health and safety in a bid to limit the spread of the Omicron variant of COVID-19 though the country’s garment factories and other workplaces.

The Labour Ministry has developed the principles in accordance with the country’s Labour Law and with guidelines issued by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
