OTTOWA - The Canadian Ombudsperson for Responsible Enterprise (CORE) has added fashion retailer Guess Canada to its list of companies under investigation for potentially breaching rules around Uyghur forced labour in its supply chain.
The decision by Sheri Meyerhoffer, the Ombudsperson, to launch an investigation using independent fact-finding follows the completion of the initial assessment report.
