Taiwan’s progress in transforming textile waste sludge into green energy could be a global role model, say researchers

TAINAN - A programme in Taiwan to transform textile waste sludge (TWS) into solid recovered fuel (SRF) could serve as a global role model for waste management and green energy, according to a new study.

Taiwan converts about 30% of the country's TWS into SRF, according to research by academics at the country's National Cheng Kung University which has been published in the Energies peer-reviewed journal.
