Marks and Spencer says it is in its best financial position for years despite recent cyber-attack

British retailer M&S has said that the estimated impact of the significant cyber-attack on the company earlier this year will impact profits by £300m in its 2025 financial results announcement.

Despite this, the company reported its third consecutive year of sales, profit and market share growth. The financial impact of the cyber-attack is expected to be detailed next fiscal year.
