Taiwan’s textile industry makes its case at London’s premier sourcing show with performance fabrics, eco solutions and proven expertise.
Backed by one of the world’s most advanced textile ecosystems, nine leading members of the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) are bringing their latest fabric innovations to the London Textile Fair (TLTF) 2026 this July.
As the UK’s largest textile show and one of Europe’s most influential sourcing platforms, TLTF offers an ideal stage for Taiwanese mills and manufacturers to connect with designers, brands and sourcing teams looking for high performance, future ready materials.
Taiwan’s textile industry is recognised globally for combining cutting edge technology with deep manufacturing know how and a fast, flexible supply chain. Today, that strength is increasingly channelled into innovation that supports lower impact fashion: from advanced circular knits and functional performance fabrics to eco dyeing, recycled fibres and solutions aligned with leading environmental and chemical management standards.
Under the TTF’s umbrella, suppliers are collaborating closely with international brands to translate regulatory, ESG and circularity goals into practical fabric and
garment solutions.
At TLTF 2026’s July edition – rescheduled to better match global buying calendars – the Taiwan pavilion showcases this ‘innovation × design × sustainability’ approach in action.
The nine participating companies each bring their own specialism, spanning base layers and mid layers, performance socks, intimate and active knits, large scale circular knitting, and vertically integrated programmes that run from yarn to finished product.

Be Be Cotton Knitting Co Ltd
No. 126, Dagong Rd., Dayuan Dist., Taoyuan City, Taiwan
www.bebeknit.com.tw

Be Be Cotton Knitting Co Ltd is a long established knitted fabric specialist with more than 51 years of professional experience and investment in new technology. The company supplies knitted fabrics and has recently taken a major step by building a new dyeing mill focused solely on eco dyeing. This facility supports both the natural dyed fabrics Be Be Cotton has promoted in recent years and eco dyeing processes using Avitera SE dyestuffs from Huntsman.
Avitera SE enables dyeing and wash off at a maximum of 60°C instead of the typical 90°C, with very high dye adsorption and only around 5% or less unfixed dye to remove, compared with the usual 15–30%. This significantly reduces the number of rinsing baths required, cutting water and energy use and associated CO2 emissions.
The new dyeing mill is located in Dayuan Industrial Park in northern Taiwan, a major hub for dyeing and fixation, and draws steam and electricity from a local cogeneration power plant to maximise energy integration, while its stenter is fuelled by natural gas to lower CO2 compared with conventional fuel oil. The mill, developed with support from Taiwan’s Industrial Development Bureau, includes 30 kg, 50 kg and 200 kg dyeing machines dedicated to Be Be Cotton’s natural and eco dyed fabrics, which were granted GOTS certification in 2012.
Against a backdrop of climate change and more frequent natural disasters, the company frames these investments as part of its responsibility to contribute to environmental protection, energy conservation and carbon reduction.
