LONDON – Luxury brand Mulberry has teamed up with circular fashion marketplace Hurr Collective to launch a rental service for its handbags.
The London-based business says the new offering is an extension of its sustainability work, which already includes Mulberry Exchange – a buyback programme enabling customers to return unwanted items for repair and resale.
Commenting on its collaboration with Hurr, Mulberry’s chief executive officer, Thierry Andretta, said: “We are pleased to be partnering with leading rental platform Hurr in another step towards transforming our business to a regenerative and circular model.”
