LENZING - Austrian textile manufacturer Lenzing has developed a new processing technique for its Tencel-branded lyocell fibres which it says meets international standards for stretch and recovery.

The company claims its method makes the wood-based fibres a viable alternative to fossil fuel-based products, like elastane, when it comes to offering enhanced comfort in lightweight apparel.
