Inditex updates on sustainability progress

Inditex has updated its environmental progress with news on advances in the use of sustainable raw materials and reductions in greenhouse gas emissions

By the end of the 2024, 73% of Inditex's textile fibres used in manufacturing garments were ‘lower-impact’ fibres.

Zara owner Inditex has outlined its latest sustainability achievements which includes key progress towards its previously announced 2030 targets.

Reporting full year sales growth of 7.5% to reach €38.6 billion, with net profit at historic highs of €5.86 billion, Inditex said that by the end of the 2024, 73% of its textile fibres used in manufacturing garments were ‘lower-impact’ fibres.
