AFIRM updates its 2025 restricted substance list

The Apparel and Footwear International RSL Management (AFIRM) Group has released the 2025 version of its influential restricted substance list (RSL) which includes significant changes.

These changes include updated limits for bisphenols and PFAS; the addition of cyclosiloxanes and a major update to the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) section with testing guidance under development.
