Uniqlo owner Fast Retailing pledges to step up its sustainability commitments after reporting a year of strong growth

YAMAGUCHI CITY - Fast Retailing, which owns brands including Uniqlo, says its environmental and social targets will remain core to its strategy after reporting a year of strong growth in its 2024/25 year‑end report.

Group revenue rose to ¥3.4 trillion ($22.7 billion) for the year to 31st August 2025, up from ¥3.1 trillion ($20.7 billion) in 2023/24, with operating profit climbing to ¥564.3 billion ($3.8 billion) and profit attributable to owners of the parent reaching ¥433.0 billion ($2.9 billion).
