For Zalando, the partnership adds another strand to its broader circular economy strategy.

BERLIN – Fashion platform Zalando has partnered with resale specialist Vestiaire Collective, giving its customers access to authenticated second-hand luxury items from more than 50 brands across 14 European markets.

The move sees Zalando open its pre-owned category to the Zalando Partner Program for the first time, allowing the retailer to expand its role as a marketplace enabler rather than purely a direct retailer.
