LONDON – The Circular Textiles Foundation (CTF) and the UK Fashion & Textile Association (UKFT) have published a new Circular Design Playbook that urges brands to hard‑wire fibre‑to‑fibre recycling and recycled content into mainstream product development, rather than treating circularity as a side project.

A case study with Primark illustrates how the approach can scale beyond pilots.
