Hugo Boss has elected Michael Murray as chairman of its supervisory board, succeeding Stephan Sturm, who recently resigned from the board.
The appointment follows changes to the company’s shareholder structure. Murray, chief executive of Frasers Group, joined the Hugo Boss supervisory board in May 2025.
“Hugo Boss is exceptionally well positioned, with two strong brands, a unique global footprint and significant untapped potential,” said Murray.
Robert Palmer is expected to join the supervisory board, subject to appointment by the local court. Palmer has been a director of Frasers Group Financial Services since 2022.
The board change gives Frasers increased representation as Hugo Boss implements its Claim 5 Touchdown strategy.
