N5 Holding and Horizon Capital take over the bankrupt Mud Jeans, bringing founder Bert van Son back to aid a scaled-back strategy

AMSTERDAM – Dutch circular denim pioneer Mud Jeans has relaunched under new ownership and scaled back its strategy following its August bankruptcy filing.

The investment company of fashion entrepreneur Nick de Ronde Bresser, N5 Holding, has acquired the brand. Horizon Capital joins as co-shareholder.
