US-based Living Ink completes new funding round to scale production of its ‘Algae Black’ pigment made from biomass waste

BERTHOUD – US bio-based pigment manufacturer Living Ink has successfully closed a $3 million investment round to scale its algae-based alternative to carbon black.

Investors include Meliorate Partners, Evergreen Climate Innovations, Savia Ventures, the Fashion For Good initiative and Norfolk Green Ventures.
