AOSTA – Italian casual-wear brand Napapijri – a subsidiary of VF Corporation – is set to launch Skidoo Infinity, a 100 per cent recycled jacket made from Aquafil’s Econyl Regenerated Nylon, a high-performance nylon 6 yarn recycled from fishing nets and other waste materials.
The company says that thanks to its mono-material composition, its fibres can be up-cycled repeatedly without losing any of their original characteristics or quality.
