ZURICH – Sportswear brand On has teamed up with recommerce specialist Trove to launch Onward, a new resale service for pre-owned footwear.

With Onward, Trove will manage the logistics of accommodating customer returns, whilst On will incentivise people to ‘sustainably’ dispose of their unwanted and “gently used” footwear by offering US$35 in credit to each shopper.

“We remain dedicated to making high-quality products that push the bounds of innovation, challenging limits that previously existed in the footwear industry. With the launch of Onward, we are giving our customers more access to ground-breaking products, while giving our products an extended lifespan at the same standard of quality,” said Caspar Coppetti, co-founder of On.
