HAMBURG – The Cotton made in Africa (CmiA) programme run by the Aid by Trade Foundation has reported a significant rise in revenue following increased demand for its sustainably produced cotton in 2022.

As well as contributing to AbTF revenue and profit growth for the 12 months ending December 2022, CmiA said it had also experienced a broad-based expansion of its global network with a number of international cotton traders, spinning mills and textile processing companies signing up as members.
