Columbia launches PFC-free outer shell

US sports and outdoor apparel business, Columbia, is to launch what it claims is the first high-performance rain jacket made without the use of Perflourinated Chemicals (PFCs).

Apparel sourcing at Texworld USA

Billed as the largest apparel sourcing event in North America, Texworld USA returns to New York this July.

Designers, merchandisers, sourcing professionals and garment buyers will have the opportunity to see apparel fabrics, trims and accessories for children’s, women’s and menswear, with showcased textiles including cotton, denim, linen and wool.

Texworld USA will be held 12-14 July 2016 at the Javits Convention Center, 655 West 34th Street, New York.
