HOUSTON – Technology giant KBR has announced that it has signed a contract to supply technology and engineering services for a sustainable textile fibres demonstration plant to be built by textile innovation company, TreeToTextile, in Nymölla, Sweden.
KBR will provide technology licenses, engineering expertise, proprietary equipment, and commissioning services for the chemicals recovery unit of the project, which its hoped will enable TreeToTextile to efficiently and sustainably reuse valuable resources through use of KBR’s network of innovative solutions.
