US-Africa cotton partnership launches

The US-Africa Trade Desk has launched the Trans-Atlantic Cotton Partnership with Mauritius, Lesotho and Kenya at the UN General Assembly in New York.

The initiative aims to send traceable US-grown cotton to African manufacturers for conversion into yarn, textiles and garments for the US market.
