CDP publishes a database of self-reported environmental data

The CDP non-profit has announced a strategic organisational shift designed to accelerate its mission of delivering actionable environmental data to financial institutions, investors and supply chain owners.

The organisation, which publishes an annual supplier engagement rating (SER) that evaluates levels of supply chain engagement by fashion brands and retailers on climate issues, says the restructuring will help it streamline disclosure requirements, reduce duplication, cut manual data entry and deliver more targeted, sector-specific insights.
