Global nonprofit claims progress in its efforts to reduce the environmental impacts of the fashion and textiles industry

LONDON - Textile Exchange has published its 2024 annual report in which it claims progress in its mission to drive positive climate and nature outcomes across the fashion, textile and apparel industries.

The global nonprofit says its central achievement was the unveiling of the pilot version of its unified Materials Matter Standard which is designed to replace its existing material-specific certifications.
