Luxury brand sets up ‘Nevold’ in a bid to scale the use of recycled textiles – both for its own collections and for third parties

PARIS – French fashion brand Chanel has set up a new 'independent entity' which will focus on expanding its use of recycled textiles.

Called 'Nevold', it will aim to offer innovative solutions for the recycling, development and commercialisation of innovative materials incorporating recycled fibres.
